Your facility’s pharmacy partner.
Family-owned pharmacy serving skilled nursing, assisted living, group homes, and hospice across South LA. Bubble-pack dispensing, eMAR coordination, consultant pharmacist reviews, and a team you can reach by name — in English, Spanish, Armenian, and Russian.
Slauson
Local operations, credential depth.
Whether you operate a small RCFE in Inglewood or a larger SNF in Crenshaw, you need a pharmacy that meets survey expectations without adding another vendor relationship to manage. TFC combines ACHC LTC accreditation, PBM credentialing work in progress with major payers, and on-the-ground delivery from our Slauson Avenue location.
We are not a national call-center model. Your DON and administrator work with the same pharmacy team over time — including our Pharmacist-in-Charge, Bella Grigoryan, who oversees LTC clinical policy and consultant pharmacist services.
What we deliver to your facility.
Bubble-pack dispensing
7-day, 14-day, or 30-day cycle fills matched to your MAR rhythm and census changes.
eMAR / MAR coordination
ECP integration confirmed via DigitalRx; additional platform interfaces available on request — call to confirm your software.
Consultant pharmacist MRR
Monthly Medication Regimen Reviews per ASCP guidelines, delivered to your DON and Medical Director.
Delivery SLAs
Routine refill cycles and STAT routes for urgent orders — local courier from South LA, not third-party hub logistics.
Emergency kits (E-Kits)
Facility-stocked kits per your formulary, replenished after use with documentation for surveyors.
Barcode scanning & double-check
High-risk medications receive a second pharmacist verification; activity logged in DigitalRx.
Who we serve.
Skilled nursing (SNF)
Cycle-fill dispensing, eMAR coordination, consultant pharmacist services, USP <800> HD compounding when required. CMS Conditions of Participation-aligned policies.
Assisted living (RCFE / ALF)
Right-sized packaging for California RCFEs, multilingual resident communication, on-call pharmacist for after-hours questions.
Group homes / IDD
Custom dosage forms — liquids, troches, capsules — when residents cannot use standard formulations.
Hospice agencies
Compounded preparations from our USP <800> suite when a prescriber orders a patient-specific HD compound. Coordination with agency pharmacy workflows.
Three reasons administrators choose us.
Neighborhood pharmacy, still here
Family-owned at 4914½ W Slauson Ave. Our couriers and pharmacists know your loading dock — not a rotating account number.
PCAB + ACHC LTC + USP <800>
Dual accreditation for compounding and LTC pharmacy, plus hazardous-drug containment for qualifying prescriptions. Eagle Analytical testing when verification is required.
Medi-Cal and four languages
We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare Part D, and major commercial plans. Staff serve residents in English, Spanish, Armenian, and Russian — reducing language-barrier errors at the bedside.
